Accomplish 2024 is for WOMEN wanting to step out of dissatisfaction and overwhelm, set CLEAR GOALS for 2024 and MANIFEST them with GRACE AND EASE  to THRIVE.

As the new year begins we feel like we have a clean slate to start over. Let's use this opportunity to set clear intentions for the first 6 months, and manifest them with ease. And do inner growth work by learning to set graceful boundaries and improve self worth to live a satisfied life.

Accomplish 2024 is a 6 month manifestation program for women, led by Roke, a Somatic Life Coach and Spiritual Mentor. We will be meeting twice a month on Thursdays, 6 - 8 pm PT, on Zoom.

​

At each of the 12 sessions, you will be setting goals for 2 weeks at a time, and be held accountable for completing them in a non judgemental and inspiring space. In addition, each week, you will gain new skillsets for improving your self worth, maintaining healthy boundaries, and advancing your ability to manifest. You will also have an accountability buddy to work with outside class.

Join us on Thursday Jan. 11 at the first session  of Accomplish 2024. At this class you will create your intentions for 2024. And learn about the framework for embodying your spirit in your human body with graceful energetic boundary.

I am delighted to announce the beginning of  Accomplish 2024, a 6 month Online Coaching Program for Women. We will be starting on January 11, 2024.

Accomplish 2024 - Program Overview

​

  • We meet twice a month, usually 2nd and 4th Thursdays, starting January 11.

  • Each class is 2 hours long, 6:00 - 8:00 pm PT on Zooom

  • The January class dates are: Jan. 11 & 25. We will schedule the others at our first session.

  • The structure of the class is described in the video

  • The intention for this class is for you to:

    • Set clear intentions for 2024

    • Be held accountable for manifesting them

    • Learn how to set graceful boundaries

    • Improve your self worth and self love

    • Create a spiritual practice to live up to your fullest potential

  • The modalities used in this program are described in the video: Hindu/Indian Spirituality, High Tech Management Techniques, Co-Active Coaching principles, Personal Energy Study, Shamanic Traditions, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvegal Theory, and Bio-Dynamic Breath work.

This will be a closed group with a commitment of 6 months. The cost of this program is $100 / month for 6 months.
